RRefund Policy for Intangible Treasures

At Intangible Treasures, we are committed to delivering exceptional services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued, the process for requesting a refund, and the terms that apply.
1. General Refund Guidelines
1.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are offered under the following circumstances:
- Before Project Initiation: If a refund request is made before we begin work on your project, we will issue a 100% refund, minus any transaction fees.
- During Project Work: If you are dissatisfied with our services and request a refund during the project, a partial refund may be granted. The refund will exclude payment for the work already completed.
- After Project Completion: Refunds are not available once the project has been completed and delivered unless there are exceptional circumstances.
1.2 Completed Work Exclusion
The amount refunded will reflect only the uncompleted portion of the project. Payment for completed work is non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@intangibletreasures.com with the subject line: “Refund Request.”
- Provide Details: Include your order details, reason for the refund request, and any relevant documentation or evidence.
- Review Period: Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and we will notify you of our decision.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Full refunds may be issued in exceptional cases, such as:
- The service provided deviates significantly from what was agreed upon.
- There are errors or omissions on our part that render the work unusable.
All exceptional cases are evaluated on an individual basis.
4. Transaction Fees and Deductions
Refunds will be processed after deducting:
- Any applicable transaction or processing fees incurred during the payment.
- The value of work already completed, based on the scope of the project.
5. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been fully completed and delivered.
- Third-party costs or purchases made on your behalf, such as premium tools or images.
- Consultation fees, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
