Intangible Treasures is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to provide a fair and transparent process. Please review the following guidelines:

  1. Refund Requests Before Project Initiation: If you request a refund before we start working on your project, we will refund 100% of your payment, deducting any transaction charges.
  2. Refund Requests Based on Dissatisfaction: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund. In such cases, we will refund the balance payment of your order. Please note that the amount for work already completed on your project will not be refunded.
  3. Refund Requests for Complete Refunds: If you have a specific complaint and require a complete refund, you may submit a refund request. We will assess your request fairly and make a decision accordingly.

Please keep in mind that only the balance payment will be refunded, and any completed work will not be eligible for a refund. For further assistance or to initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team.
